The catalogue is filled from open sources and user uploads. If material published here infringes your copyright, registered or unregistered design, or trademark rights, tell us — we take such material down without argument and without requiring a court order.
How to file a complaint
Write to us through the contact form and include:
- who you are and whose rights you represent, with proof of authority if you act under a power of attorney;
- which rights are infringed: copyright, design, or trademark;
- references to your own material: product pages, registration certificates, design numbers;
- the full list of URLs on this site you ask us to remove;
- a contact address for our reply.
What happens next
We reply within five working days. When the complaint makes clear which pages to remove and on what grounds, the material is taken down, the URLs start returning 410 Gone, and you receive the list of what was removed. If something is missing, we will ask for it.
Authors of 3D models and textures
If you are the author of a model or texture published here without your consent, the same procedure applies: send the URLs and proof of authorship.
